A compact guest house with an open kitchen, living and dining space, a guest bedroom, a bathroom, a pantry and a small studio for painting. Warm timber, soft neutral tones, a deep green sofa and dark accents give it a quiet, welcoming character, with lighting considered as carefully as the materials.

Behind the images is a complete set of design information: measured survey and layouts, furniture arrangement, axonometric views, specifications and technical plans for doors, plumbing, finishes, ceilings, heating, ventilation, electrics and lighting, and elevations of each room.
